2014: A Year In Review

Wednesday, December 31, 2014

I am a tad bit last minute doing my 2014 review post, but we are still in 2014 so right on time! 2014 was a huge year for me filled with tons of amazing experiences and great friendships made. I got the opportunity to travel to many wonderful places, meet tons of amazing people, and share my love of scrapbooking with everyone I have met. Everyone has touched and inspired me in many ways. This year I saw the debut of my first ever collection with Prima, Cartographer. 7 years ago I would've never imagined that I would have my own collection, I still do pinch myself. This year I visited Sweden, Florida, Puerto Rico, Wisconsin and many more places, I want to thank all of the stores who had me in their stores. It was an amazing experience for sure. I wanted to share my favorite projects of 2014 with you, I will try to keep it to 10 but of course it may or may not happen :)

Of course there is many more projects that I can list off here, but these are my favorites of 2014. I can't wait to share some more to come in 2015, I am excited for everything that is happening, and I have to say THANKS to all of you. Without you, nothing I have accomplished would be possible, thank you for supporting me and believing in me. I wish you and your families a prosperous and craft-filled 2015! Happy New Year!

Tuesday, December 30, 2014

Hello Everyone!
Thank You so much for all of the wonderful comments on both my new Archivist Line and my Memory Hardware Line with Prima. I am so happy that you all love it! I can't wait for you to play with it! Today I wanted to share a little more about some of the accessories in Memory Hardware; the LUSH trims. I always have a hard time finding beautiful trims to adorn my albums, not anymore. With Memory Hardware you will be able to find these coveted trims anytime!

They sparkle, they are LUSH, they are perfect for any project you have in mind! Did I also mention my beautiful glass pearls? They are truly stunning! Iv'e been using them for some time now, and it's just wonderful to have them all in one place! Cute little jar too! I wanted to share a new project using my Memory Hardware items and the new Butterfly Collection by my bestie Jodie Lee.

Isn't it beautiful? I love it! Best of all the trim, and album are just perfect. Every single time. Sturdy, and will last a lifetime! Just how I like it! I hope you guys are enjoying all the peeks! Make sure to check out all of the sneaks over on the Prima Blog!

Introducing Memory Hardware!

Monday, December 29, 2014

Hello Everyone!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and weekend! It's been a busy week for me, with Christmas and having family over, but it was nice having a little down time just to relax! Of course with CHA Winter 2015 looming around the corner, I get more and more excited to show you a little more of what I have coming! My second line with Prima is called Memory Hardware! Memory Hardware is all about preserving memories in an artful way. Everything you need, from the bound albums to the classic, Parisian-inspired metal pieces and trims, is part of this unique line. Use them together to create one of-a-kind artful albums that make a striking presence. Perfect for album altering to mixed-media applications. I fell in love with mini albums since I started scrapbooking 7 years ago. I call them artful albums because they should be striking and gorgeous in every way!
Here is a little of what Memory Hardware is all about:

How about those LUSH trims? I am in total LOVE! Oh and my favorite pearls? Yeah we got them in this line too. I am so VERY excited! Can you imagine what you will create with Memory Hardware? Here are some of my favorite projects using some of the pieces of this line:

The possibilities are truly endless! I can't wait to see what you will create with Memory Hardware!
Thanks for stopping by!

The Archivist Collection

Tuesday, December 23, 2014

Hello Friends!
I am SO EXCITED to share some great news! I was holding out for some months now, but I can finally share my newest collection with Prima Marketing.....

Yes! I am so overwhelmed! I never imagined in a million years that I would have my own collection, let alone a second one and with the best company in the scrapbooking industry, Prima. I am so grateful for the opportunity that I was given to design my own collections. My new collection is inspired by the classic art of preserving and archiving old documents. A truly vintage collection filled with classic Parisian wallpapers, vintage printing hardware, and a touch of French archives and documents. Take a look at the gorgeous papers and embellies:

Isn't lovely? I love it so much! It's just perfect for any project that you can think of. I wanted to share my newest album using this collection. My Le Collectionneur Album using the Archivist Collection.

Isn't it lovely? I will be teaching this album in 2015, starting with Artventure in Anaheim CA. I can't wait to share more of The Archivist with you! Thanks to every single person who has supported me through my journey! I am forever grateful.

Back from Paris

Saturday, December 13, 2014

Hello Everyone!
WOW it seems like an eternity that I have posted here. I just got back from my Paris Trip, and I couldn't be more HAPPY. I really felt like it was a dream, it all went by so quickly it seemed like a blur. I enjoyed every second of it, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. As many of you know I have been wanting to visit Paris for a long time. It was one of those dreams that seemed a bit farfetched. I didn't know if I would ever go, all I knew is I wanted to. Finally, in the spur of the moment I just booked the trip in one of my many midnight scrap sessions, and the rest is history. I think if you don't take a risk and just DO things, they may never happen. I had tons of fun, visiting many of the landmarks and admiring the beautiful views. Here I wanted to share some highlights of my trip...

It was truly an amazing trip. I fell in love with Paris even more now. I can't wait until I go back. In other news, I have a limited edition mini album kit up on The Scrapbook Diaries. I made a very lovely mini album using the new Maja Designs Collection. It was really fun, here are some photos:

Lots of beautiful details of course and page by page color photos! If you would like to pick one up, head on over to The Scrapbook Diaries to pick up one! Perfect as a Christmas gift too. Click HERE to go there.
Thanks for stopping by.
