Project W023: Shabby Chic Altered Journal + News + Video?

Friday, August 17, 2012

Hi Everyone!
Happy Friday!!!!!
Sorry Iv'e been away for a few days, I have been frantically working on my "not-so-secret" project! It's all coming together and I am super excited!
So I have news, I have been contacted by different people to make videos, I am sort of shy in front of my own webcam lol but I am thinking of doing some Live Ustream Shows, what do you all think? I recorded one for you all to get a glimpse of what to expect. That is Project W023, I made a step-by-step altered shabby chic album. Of course sticking with our theme of using our stash and our products we have sitting there. My dear friend Cathi sent me a Pink Paislee Mistables album, I was just dying to use it, so this was a perfect time. I know lots of people who have this album, so it would be fun to see everyone give this a try. Here is the album:

Lovely eh? Ok here is the recorded show, please excuse my: nervousness, dirty room, I look tired and it was 85 degrees or more lol so I look "hot" lol.

  1. Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Gorgeous! What a fantastic album. Love the shabby chicness, especially the ruffled ribbon. Have watched the first 5 mins of your video (will watch more when I have time) and love it. Brilliant to see how you put together your projects (even on fast forward lol). In awe of your energy and creativity as always. Pxx

BTW... the get rid of stringy fabritac, I added a few drops of aceton to it, this this the glue a little. I also put a tiny it of vaseline at the tip of my bottle. Hope this helps.

  12. Hi Frank....wow; watched most of the vid just now; out of time. I've so enjoyed it. But what I love most is seeing "how" you create... you are creative and have a good vision. You're voice is nice to listen to. I'll watch the rest tomorrow and good luck with future vids. Will 'see' you then. hugs, Diana

Had to pause a couple of times to take care of other things, though.Loved actually seeing the face (too cute) that matched that pleasant voice. Watching your creative process was awesome. I felt like I was witnessing the creative wheels of your mind spinning! So great to experience. Looking forward to seeing more.
