Hello everyone, hope everyone is doing well, my sister is well she is recovering fast, and the pain has subsided so everything is going well. I am sharing two new layouts I made last night. I didn't get a chance to post them yesterday because I got sleepy at the end. I loved making these, one of them has a carnival looking theme, and the other one is very suttle yet it really communicates a lot. Here they are:

A Cute picture of me my mom and sister.

Wonderful page

Here is the next one:

Love those butterflies.

I love the second layout, I named it complete because I feel that at this point in my life I am complete, I have a  loving partner, I have a wonderful sister and mother, I have a job and working on my career, what more can I ask for. I feel like stretching my wings! haha. Thank You everyone for stopping by today hope your Tuesday is fabulous!

Hello everyone, wanted to stop by and thank everyone for their warm wishes for my sister, everything came out great, she is in a little pain but she will recover soon. She is coming home today so that should be good. I took the chance to scrap yesterday evening when I got home from the hospital. I had a neat peace of cardboard hanging around and thought what I could use it for, the things one can come up with. Looked through my goodies and found this great Martha punch I had not used, so decided to use it.Take a look:

I took that wonderful picture we took earlier this month and enlarged it a bit, ah wonderful.

One of a Kind

Monday, March 21, 2011

YAY!!! It's finally raining in Southern California, I just about had it with the heat ugh, it wasn't even Summer yet for that to start happenning, I am glad we got some rain, and seems like it will be continuing this whole week. And what better way to spend a rainy day than scrappin! I got a chance to scrap last night with my friend Mayra, who happens to be my neighbor. She got her scrapbook stuff going, bought herself an album, some Jolee's stickers, and printed out some cute pictures and in no time she was cutting, and gluing, and all. Reminded me of me when I first started scrapbooking, such a rush. You want to put everything everywhere! Of course now that I look back I see that I never really got through that, I still feel like I am new to scrapbooking all the time! Although I have been doing it for a while now, but there is always something new to learn. This layout I am sharing today is a bit minimalist, but I like it that way, and I just LOVE this American Crafts collection, Campy Trails. Iv'e never been camping but heck you can defenitely give use to this collection its so gorgeous! Take a look:

I am loving those little green pins, and the colors!!! So pretty!! Thanks for stopping by, hope you guys have a great Monday!!

Perfect

Friday, March 11, 2011

Hello my fellow bloggers! I have been away from my blog for a couple of days, but I had you all in my mind! We woke up to some terrible news this morning however, Japan suffering a massive tsunami, my condolences and prayers go out to the families affected. On a brighter note, I have to say that today was a blissful day with hubby, we went shopping to this craft store I had never been to called Tall Mouse. I suppose it was the version of Michaels back in the day, but now there is only a handful left.  Hubby took me there today and to my surprise everything was 60%  off, thickers attack anyone? I came out fully supplied, to say the least, thanks to hubby! Here is a layout of the man himself, this picture of him is so perfect, thus the title, he looks so beautiful! Not only that though, I can say I can see through his beauty and see the most wonderful person I know, loyal, sincere, witty, funny, smart and all around rad <3. Take a look:

So I am totally LOVING this new collection by American Crafts Campy Trails, so beautiful!!!

What can I say about these new thickers!! Totally yummi!!Thanks everyone for stopping by and leaving me your warm comments, hope you guys have a wonderful weekend!

Here in this picture I was celebrating a friend of mine's birthday, and as always all the girls got together and we went to have a great time! Part of that is being silly and taking pictures! Here I am with my next BFF Ana! She is a total cutie! Love that warm smile she has! I wanted to make this page a little different so I played around with some of my new goodies take a look:

I am loving the trim, the colors, and everything in between! Love those AC rub-ons. Looking for inspiration? Go through your old pictures, they are always good inspiration, and moments that will take you back, and make you feel fuzzy inside!

Best Friend

Hello everyone!! I am back with another fun layout and once again posting early in the morning!! Stayed up late scrappin, going through some old pictures! I found this cute one of my bestie and decided it would make a cute page! What better paper to use then Cosmo Cricket! I loved making this layout because this particular picture was on a day we decided to make dinner. It is quite funny because we are not cooking experts, but we managed to pull something together, and this picture serves as proof!! Check it out!

I like the feel of this page, it is very homy and very warm colors, and the layout turned out great, i also did some spritzing of ink, something I wanted to try hopefully you can see, its minimal but it adds to the layout.

Love, love, love, all the pretty papers, and colors. More to come. Got my hands on some new American Crafts yesterday.... ahhhh..... Thank You for stopping by!! Have a great Sunday!

March Flair!

Thursday, March 3, 2011

Hello everyone welcome to a new month March!! It was raining last night here in SoCal, its nice when it rains, we don't get a lot of it often. I managed to get some pictures printed yesterday, and I worked on my monthly page that I make in the beginning of the month. This layout was all about the green!!! Of course St. Patty's day is this month so I decided to go with that kind of hue, check it out!

I added tons of clovers to the layout, I cut them out from the "A Child's Year" cartridge it is so fun and useful, it has tons of great shapes! So I added those clovers, got the lovely piece of cardboard out for the title. I also added that Bingo card because I felt it had something to do with luck, I feel lucky to have my hubby in my life therefore I added that element. I distressed that bingo card of course with some Distress ink.

Hope this month brings tons of luck and cheer to you all. Enjoy it. Thanks for stopping by!!

Love, Frank
